Today (Jan 29, 2025), a slithery reptile has hissed the dragon away and glided into the spotlight to welcome the Lunar New Year.

As per tradition, the Chinese ushered in the Year of the Wood Snake with lion dances, firecrackers, red clothes and ang pows to bring forth luck and prosperity.
