We have a delectable cake chat with World Pastry Cup champion En-Ming Hsu who is headed for workshops in Kuala Lumpur.

She comes across as warm, wholesome and spicy, with a lot on top – a bit like America’s favourite cake, the carrot cake. I was told of the World Pastry Cup champion’s visit to Malaysia to conduct a series of workshops later this month and we hooked up via e-mail for an interview.
