Have you ever dreamed of travelling around the world? Every country has something unique to offer, from famous landmarks and delicious food to exciting traditions and beautiful scenery.

Some children may dream of visiting Australia to see kangaroos and koalas, while others may want to explore South Korea because of K-pop music and Korean food.
Many people also hope to visit Japan to experience cherry blossoms, bullet trains and tasty sushi.
There are also countries filled with famous landmarks. In Paris, tourists enjoy visiting the Eiffel Tower, while in Agra, India, people admire the beautiful Taj Mahal. In New York, the United States, visitors often take photos with the Statue of Liberty.
Travelling is not only fun, but it also teaches us about the world. We can learn how people in other countries live, what languages they speak, and what food they enjoy. It is a wonderful way to make memories and appreciate the beauty of different cultures.
We received an overwhelming response from Starchild readers on the topic, My dream destination. We will publish the second batch of letters next week.
Kya Loo Qing Xin, 10, says her favourite destination is Legoland in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
"I like this place because there are many roller coasters. There is also a Lego shop where we can buy toys and souvenirs. I hope to visit this place again and enjoy more fantastic games and rides."

Edith Yap Yu Ting, eight, wants to visit Legoland too. "I like Legoland because there are roller coasters and a lot of things to take pictures of. In Legoland, you can play with Lego."

"I would like to go to the United Kingdom because it is one of my favourite countries. I am interested in the weather and the people. Of course, I am also interested in the food, drinks and landscapes! The main reason is that I want to practise my English. I like the British accent too! I hope I can go there alone or bring my friends along. I hope I can visit the country soon," says Lucy Sham Jing Yu, 12.

Aryan Daffa Hakimi, 12, says: "I'd like to visit Tokyo. It has many convenience stores and food courts. My mouth waters whenever I think about Japanese food because it is so delicious. Secondly, there are many fun indoor games and activities. Thirdly, I like the many new features and interesting items found there. Lastly, I would love to experience the country’s four seasons."

Abhiraami Elavarasan, 12, says: "If I could travel to anywhere in the world, I would go to China. I would bring my family with me. I would also enjoy joining fun activities and sports there."
"I would like to visit a magical theme park called Leafytree with my family. One of the exciting things there is riding rockets. When we arrive at Leafytree, we can explore many attractions such as the forest and a place called ‘fishfall’,” says Tay Yik Qian, 12.
Yap Si Hsien, 10, dreams of diving into the video game, Pixel World. "The theme park has many toys, games and food for free. I will bring all my friends and cousins here to play. I will take each and every toy and I will play all the games. I will also eat candy and different types of food."
