When the pandemic hit Malaysian shores and the movement control order was implemented, 66-year-old Nazneen Ariff was dismayed that the language centre where she was working had to close down.

“I was so lost and depressed, and didn’t know what to do,” recalls Nazneen who lives in Kuala Lumpur.
