Navigating pregnancy during a pandemic

In April 2020, I discovered I was pregnant with my second child. The discovery was a joyous one, as I had long dreamt of having two kids, and was ecstatic to be expecting again.

I was very naive to believe that the Covid-19 pandemic – while worrying – would blow over by the end of the year.
