TULIP the Pug, 12, celebrated her grand birthday in style at a dog-friendly venue in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, recently. Through the celebration, she and her owner, Quek Sue Yian, did their part to raise funds for TNRM (Trap Neuter Release Manage), a volunteer-run non-profit that aims to efficiently manage the stray cat and dog population in the long term.
