Former TVB star Aimee Chan, 44, recently enjoyed a family vacation in Canada with her husband, Hong Kong actor Moses Chan, 54, and their three children.

The trip included fun outings such as a Niagara Falls boat ride and visits to art galleries in Montreal, Quebec and her hometown, Toronto.

Like any family on holiday, they also indulged in plenty of delicious food.

After returning home, Aimee candidly shared online that she had put on some weight during the trip.

Determined to get back in shape, she posted a couple of her fitness routines on social media, including one of her working out before sunrise on a Saturday while her children were still asleep.

“Consistency matters,” she wrote, stressing that she is taking it one day at a time.

On Tuesday (Sept 16), Aimee wowed fans by posting several photos of herself in a deep V-neck top, looking radiant.

She captioned the post: “Being happy with yourself radiates your own type of beautiful. #imhappy”

Aimee and Moses tied the knot in Paris in 2013 after two years of dating.

The following year, she stepped away from the entertainment industry to focus on the family.

While Moses has remained active in acting, Aimee has taken on the role of full-time mother, occasionally sharing glimpses of her family life with fans online.
