Hong Kong actor Bobby Au-yeung has been happily married to his wife Fu Kit-han since 1996, and nearly three decades on, their bond is as strong as ever.

The couple recently celebrated their birthdays together, marking the special occasion with television host Spencer Leung and other close friends.

“Wishing Mr and Mrs Au-yeung everlasting happiness, sweetness and good health. I finally got to celebrate with you two lovebirds.

“It’s hard to believe we’ve been close friends for 30 years already. Thank you both for all your love and care. I love you guys,” Leung, 58, wrote on Instagram on Aug 17.

He shared six photos from the celebration – including one capturing Au-yeung, who turned 65 on July 28, and Fu posing in front of their cakes while holding a bouquet of pink flowers.

According to Hong Kong’s Oriental Daily, the gathering carried added significance as it marked one of the couple’s rare public appearances.

Fu, who’s said to be the granddaughter of late Macau gambling magnate Fu Laorong, keeps a low profile. Her family’s fortune is estimated at around HK$8bil (RM4.3bil).
