Hong Kong actor Chow Yun-fat is known for going about on his own, whether jogging, hiking or enjoying a meal.
And often when in public, the 70-year-old famous star is stopped by fans who want to take selfies with him. And happily obliges.
However, his latest outing was a little different.
According to Hong Kong media, Chow was recently seen back in the city at Shau Kei Wan’s Main Street East, tucking into a bowl of noodles.
He queued outside an eatery, having parked his car and crossed the street like any regular customer.
Though people chatted with him at the entrance, no one pulled out a phone to ask for a photo.
Presumably, he was left to enjoy his meal in peace too, slurping away without interruption.
That said, photos of him on the street later surfaced on the Internet.
In them, he’s dressed casually in a cap, mask, short-sleeved T-shirt, long trousers and flip-flops – blending right in with the neighbourhood crowd.
