Despite being 59, Hong Kong singer-actor Aaron Kwok continues to amaze fans with his age-defying appearance and fit physique.

He recently appeared on the music reality show, Infinity Beyond: Greater Bay Area Season, sharing insights into his disciplined lifestyle with Chinese singer Li Hao.

Kwok revealed that he follows an unconventional routine – going to bed at 6am and waking up at 1pm daily.

“I don’t eat during the day, just a simple slice of bread is enough,” he said.

The Rob N Roll (2024) star added that he doesn’t eat much, having just one meal a day.

Addressing the reason behind his strict routine, Kwok – who’s married to Chinese model Moka Fang – said he gains weight easily.

He went on to recall the struggles he faced with his weight during his early career in Taiwan in the 1990s.

“I used to be very fat. After you’ve been fat, you will not allow yourself to go through the same thing again,” Kwok said.

In addition to maintaining a strict diet, the Heavenly King exercises regularly to stay fit and carefully monitors his weight to ensure he remains in a healthy range.

Clips of his diet plan quickly went viral on social media, with fans raising concerns that the celebrity could be pushing himself too hard.

Kwok has since taken to Weibo to assure fans that this diet plan works for him, but urged fans against adopting his routine.

“One meal a day works for me, but please, don’t follow my example,” he said.
