HK actor Vincent Lam filming in KL, loves bak kut teh & Portuguese grilled fish

Hong Kong actor Vincent Wai Lam recently came to Malaysia for work.

On Nov 24, Lam took to Xiaohongshu to share a video of himself near Rumah Tangsi in Taman Tasik Perdana, Kuala Lumpur, revealing that he’s in the country for filming.

“I started work in KL. It’s going smoothly. Looking forward to eating delicious cuisine,” the 62-year-old captioned his post.

Although it’s not specified what Lam is filming, many netizens speculate that he’s working on a new movie.

In his video, Lam praised the weather in Malaysia and named some of his favourite dishes, which include chicken rice, bak kut teh, Portuguese grilled fish and roti canai.

“I heard that Malaysian food is yummy. I hope to find delicious food and snap photos for everyone to see,” he added.

Many netizens have since left comments welcoming Lam to Malaysia while others shared food and location recommendations for the actor.

Lam has been in the entertainment industry for over three decades, with over 70 credits under his name.

The TVB star, best known for his performance in the 1992 movie My Wife’s Lover, recently starred in the dramas Sinister Beings Two and No Room For Crime.
