Hong Kong actress, model and host Karlie Chung is clearly serious about staying fit.
The 32-year-old, who joined TVB in 2017, has hosted variety programmes like 3 Days 2 Nights and appeared in supporting roles in dramas such as Stranger Anniversary and The Beauty Of War.
Beyond her sweet looks, Chung is celebrated for her perfect figure and impressive flexibility – something she often flaunts in videos showcasing her Pilates skills and seemingly impossible moves.
According to reports, she is working toward earning a full Pilates instructor certification.
In a playful demonstration of her dedication to fitness, Chung recently took to Instagram to show how anyone can stretch... anywhere. This time, her chosen location was a supermarket.
In the video, she performs splits and other graceful moves to retrieve items from a shelf and fridge, effortlessly highlighting the results of her extensive Pilates training.
However, what really caught the attention of her followers was her outfit.
Chung sported light-coloured, form-fitting yoga pants that seemed to blend with her skin tone, prompting her friend Zoie Tam to jokingly comment, “Hey, it looks like you’re not wearing pants!”
Despite the playful remarks about her outfit, most fans were more impressed by her core strength and flexibility.
