Gwyneth Paltrow’s Shallow Hal body double is reflecting on the near-deadly eating disorder she developed after the 2001 flick saw her become the target of fat-phobic people.

It was the body of then-20-year-old Ivy Snitzer that appeared in close-ups of character Rosemary in the Farrelly brothers comedy, in which Jack Black’s Hal is hypnotised to view people solely for their inner beauty. Rosemary appears to Hal in the form of Paltrow, but to everyone else as obese.
