Hong Kong actor Raymond Lam recently took his family around Malaysia after they came to visit him during his filming break.

Lam, 43, arrived in the country last month to shoot his new drama, Modern Dynasty 2.

Filming is expected to wrap up in September, with most of the scenes taking place around Kuala Lumpur.

On Wednesday (Aug 16), Lam's wife, Chinese model Carina Zhang, uploaded a series of photos on her Weibo account.

Her post was accompanied by a location tag for Malaysia alongside a caption saying, "Capturing the beautiful moments from this holiday."

From the pictures, Zhang, 33, and her husband can be seen meeting up with the latter's co-stars – Charmaine Sheh and Candice Yu – for dinner.

One photo showed Sheh, 48, smiling brightly as she carried the couple's two-year-old daughter while another captured Yu, 63, posing happily with the family of three.

In addition to a loving snapshot of herself with Lam, Zhang also uploaded photos of the cuisines she enjoyed during her stay such as bak kut teh, braised pork, steamed fish and banana leaf.

On Aug 7, Lam took his family to a petting zoo in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

They were spotted at a bak kut teh restaurant in Kuala Lumpur later that day.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong actor Him Law, 38, expressed happiness after receiving a surprise visit from his wife, former TVB star Tavia Yeung, and their two children on the set of Modern Dynasty 2 early this month.

According to reports, Yeung, 43, brought their children here as they had not seen their father for nearly a month due to his busy work schedule.
