‘Vincenzo’, ‘Little Women’ actor Na Chul passes away at 36

South Korean actor Na Chul died on Saturday (Jan 21) at the age of 36.

According to a report by entertainment portal allkpop.com, Na Chul died due to “exacerbated health issues”.

Another portal wrote that Na Chul was taken to the hospital prior to his death, as his health suddenly deteriorated.

However, there’s no mention of what that health issue was.

Na Chul, who made his acting debut in 2010, is known for playing supporting roles in many K-dramas and films.

He's appeared in TV shows like Vincenzo, Touch Your Heart, Happiness, Through The Darkness and Weak Hero Class 1.

In 2021, he starred in Little Women as the lawyer to Kim Go-eun’s character.

Actress Kim took to Instagram to share the sad news of Na Chul's passing by posting his photos with the caption “The best actor ever”.

In light of her friend's sudden death, Kim had cancelled her appearance at a fashion show scheduled for Sunday.

Na Chul's funeral will be held Monday, 8.30am, local time, reported allkpop.com.
