Popular Hong Kong actor Lawrence Ng – who recently joined Douyin (the Chinese version of TikTok) – shared his collection of Rolex watches on the app.

In the video clip, the 57-year-old is wearing gloves while handling his cherished luxury timepieces.

A Singapore media outlet translated what Ng said: “I don’t like them. I love them, and I love them very much.

“They’re precise, waterproof, hardy, and feel good when they’re worn. Moreover, they retain their value or even become more expensive over time.

“The cheaper ones cost only 30,000 yuan (RM19,922) and you can wear them for over a decade or maybe even a hundred years. How can you not like them?”

The star – who has acted in series such as The Feud OF Two Brothers, The Underground Banker and Presumed Accidents – has mentioned in a previous interview that he owns “over 40” Rolex watches.

According to the report, the most expensive watch Ng has in his collection is the Rolex Yacht-Master, which he bought for HK$800,000 (RM434,739) some time back.

Besides watches, the article noted that Lawrence also owns four luxury cars. And that he apparently spends HK$1mil (RM543,436) on clothes a year.
