(Updated) Indonesian actress Bunga Citra Lestari tests positive for Covid-19

(Update) Popular Indonesian actress and singer Bunga Citra Lestari posted on her Instagram on June 16 that she didn't get Covid-19 after her vacation at Bali, but rather due to her daily activities when back in Jakarta.

According to the post, she went for the Covid-19 test after a few of her dancers had tested positive, and she had come in close contact with them.

Below is the chronology of what happened.

On June 15, she shared on Instagram that she has tested positive for Covid-19.

She wrote in the caption that she’s in self-isolation now and hopes to recover soon.

“I encourage everyone to take all the steps to stay safe and healthy. Please take care of yourself and your loved ones. Build up your immune system and do take this seriously. I’ll see you soon.”

Previous photos on Instagram showed that the wife of the late actor Ashraf Sinclair had gone to Bali, Indonesia, for a vacation.

After sharing the result, the Cinta Sejati singer received a lot of comments wishing her to get well soon.
