Actress, host and businesswoman Neelofa aired her first #BerseoranganBersama at 5pm on IG Live today (March 19), the second day of movement control order.

On her Instagram, she described the hashtag as a short project she started while staying at home adhering to the order.

With #BerseoranganBersama, she plans to chat with a celebrity friend at 5pm during the MCO period, to raise awareness on Covid-19.

On her first feed, she invited fellow actress Nora Danish. The two spoke about the importance of staying at home during this period.

“I was disappointed that on the first day we’re supposed to stay home and limit our movements outside, some Malaysians actually went to Cameron Highlands, ” shared Neelofa during the chat.

“We have to take this matter seriously, ” she said, adding that she closed her business for the period and is working from home.

“Our safety is more important. “

Nora also recalled how she had to go buy groceries after finishing a shoot, and saw everyone panic buying at the store.

“Our government told us there is enough food for us during this period. So there is no need for panic buying.”

After the chat, Neelofa reiterated her advice to her fans to stay at home and weather out the dangerous times safely.
