The inaugural Art Includes Festival 2019 in Kuala Lumpur opens at the Ruang by Think City venue on Sept 23.

The week-long festival showcases disability arts and culture, with a broad range of works from differently abled artists, photographers, musicians, cartoonists, dancers and others.
