Timeless delights for the holiday season

A variety of holiday delights this Christmas and up to the new year awaits diners.

REJOICE in the timelessness of Christmas with Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel’s ensemble of festive offerings.

Feast Restaurant is showcasing a variety of holiday delicacies such as Whole Roasted Turkey with Sage, Chicken and Prune Roulade, Pumpkin Soup with Crushed Walnuts, Esterhazy Slice and Strawberry Lime Tiramisu.

Wonders of Christmas Dinner Buffet is available from Dec 14 to 30, priced at RM138nett.

On Christmas Day, there will be buffet offerings for lunch (RM168nett per adult) and dinner (RM158nett).

Yue Chinese restaurant is presenting Cantonese delights curated by chef Ben Lim.

Yuletide Treasures has a selection of dishes reimagined for the holidays such as Stir-fried Australian Beef Tenderloin Pieces with Coffee Sauce and Braised Pumpkin Soup with Scallops and Stuffed Sea Cucumber.

Available on Dec 24, 25 and 31 and Jan 1, guests can choose from two Christmas-inspired menus (from RM228nett per person) for lunch and dinner.

Miyabi is offering all-you-can-eat Japanese fare with Nihon Noel Dinner Buffet crafted by chef Tetsuya Yanagida.

The menu has favourites such as Gyu Shogayaki, sashimi and Hokkaido-style Deep-Fried Chicken, for dine-in on Dec 24 and 31 (RM238nett per adult and RM118nett per child).

For light festive fare, Sala @ 33 is serving Festive Afternoon Tea.

The ensemble includes Christmas-inspired sweets such as Spiced Apricot Petit Gateau, Pistachio Cranberry Roulade and Hazelnut Raspberry Bar, complemented by a selection of hearty savouries such as Roasted Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry Shallot Emulsion, Truffle Arancini with Black Garlic Aioli and Seafood Pie with Gratinated Parmesan Potatoes.

This teatime experience comes with Cranberry Scones served with Winterberry Jam and Whipped Cream, and is available until Jan 1, from 2pm to 5pm (RM128nett for two persons, Mondays to Fridays) and (RM138nett, Saturdays and Sundays).

The hotel’s online store also has festive specialities for takeaway and delivery, including Slow-roasted Whole Turkey with Sage, Roasted Australian Leg of Lamb, Herb Roasted Potatoes, Dresdner Stollen and Crunchy Macadamia Log Cake.
