Beat the heat with ice-blended strawberries and cream, tea and tarts

Strawberry Haze is made of strawberry mousse, white chocolate and roasted crunchy hazelnuts.

ICE-blended Strawberries and Cream is just the thing for these hot and sunny days.

It is the latest summer sensation by The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Malaysia.

With its pink hue and luscious, velvety texture, this icy drink will help keep you cool in the hot Malaysian weather.

“Much like the popular Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Blended, which is back in our cafes, the Strawberries and Cream is bound to evoke childhood nostalgia,” said Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Malaysia marketing and innovation head Fiona Rodrigues.

Each sip of the Strawberries and Cream Ice Blended (small RM18.90, regular RM20.90) offers a burst of fruity sweetness with real fruit bite, balanced with velvety smoothness.

The beverage features the highest-quality black tea steeped cold for five hours as its base.

It can also be indulged in the form of Strawberries and Cream Cold Brew Tea (small RM17.90, regular RM19.90) – available in sweet or sparkling formats.

New additions to the brand’s seasonal menu include the Summer Strawberry Tart with wild strawberries and red cherries in a buttery tart shell (RM15.90 per slice, RM159 for whole tart).

The Strawberry Haze made of strawberry mousse, white chocolate and roasted crunchy hazelnuts (RM15.90 per slice, RM60 for petite cake).

Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich, featuring spicy buttermilk sauce drizzled on a juicy, grilled chicken thigh and served in a potato bread sandwich (RM25 each) and Caesar Salad (RM19.80 each) are also on the menu.

To add an element of fun, the brand has introduced a “Strawberry Stampcard” mission.

You will earn a stamp for each mission achieved and stand a chance to win a limited edition vintage strawberry tumbler when you complete all six missions. Terms and conditions apply.
