SALMON lovers are in for a treat as a Penang hotel buffet is serving up creative preparations with one of the world’s most loved seafoods.
The “Salmon Madness Buffet Dinner” at the M Social Resort Penang in Tanjung Bungah is available every Saturday at its Beast and Butterflies Restaurant.
It includes an extensive array of Penang favourites, Asian specialities and international delights.
“We wanted to create a dining experience that went beyond the usual seafood buffet,” said M Social Resort Penang general manager Jasmine Keh.
“Our buffet brings together comfort dishes, fresh seafood and creative salmon preparations in a relaxed setting by the sea, making it perfect for family gatherings and weekend celebrations,” she said.
To keep the experience fresh, the buffet features two rotating menus, giving guests even more reason to return.
Among the highlights are Salmon Wellington, Salmon Sashimi, Salmon Gravlax, Smoked Salmon Pizza and Grilled Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce.
Depending on the menu rotation, guests can also enjoy Salmon Head Curry, Salmon and Leek Pie, Salmon Floss Fried Rice, Salmon in Pineapple Curry, Creamy Tuscan Salmon and Salmon Alfredo Pasta.
Beyond the salmon offerings, diners can indulge in a generous spread featuring fresh seafood on ice, chicken satay, char kuey teow, grilled seafood, salads, dessert and local snacks.
The “Salmon Madness Buffet Dinner”, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, is available until Sept 26.
It is priced at RM138nett (adult) and RM69nett (senior citizen/child). Guests will also enjoy complimentary pool access.
