Two chefs collaborate on gastronomic menu

THE latest restaurant to have received a Michelin star in Malaysia, Au Jardin, is collaborating with The Mandarin Grill at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur today (April 29).

The Mandarin Grill’s chef Marco Caverni and Au Jardin’s chef Su Kim Hock will serve up a range of gastronomic delights to tease the palate and enlighten the senses in a four-hands collaboration between both restaurants.
