Training and coaching SMEs to flourish

The RichWorks Mentoring Programme has shown remarkable results throughout this year.

A TOTAL of 777 entrepreneurs from local and foreign small and medium enterprises (SMEs) who participated in the RichWorks Mentoring Programme have generated more than RM2bil sales this year.

Despite the current health and economic crisis, 466 entrepreneurs from the Spire Mentoring Programme and 311 entrepreneurs from the Titanium Mentoring Programme have seen an increase of up to 10% in sales value compared to last year.

Of the RM2bil in total sales value, the Spire group recorded RM211mil in sales, an increase of 17.5% in 2020 compared to RM155mil in 2019, while the Titanium group recorded RM1.8bil in sales, which is an increase of 9% compared to RM1.5bil last year.

The positive results indicate that the training and guidance provided by RichWorks International are proven to assist entrepreneurs in growing their business under any circumstances.

The 12-month Spire Mentoring Programme aims at guiding entrepreneurs to achieve RM1mil in sales within six months to one year. To date, a total of 207 participants have achieved their first RM1mil.
