NEWLY appointed Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Fadlun Mak Ujud is a little-known person. He has kept out of the limelight in his three years as president of Putrajaya Corp, the body running the federal administrative capital.

And there’s no telling how his tenure in one federal territory will ready him for managing a much bigger one, with far more complex issues.
