PETALING JAYA: Sentral Real Estate Investment Trust
’s (Sentral-REIT) net profit for its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2026 rose marginally to RM19.82mil from RM19.69mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue stood at RM48.58mil compared with RM48.27mil in the previous corresponding period.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the REIT said the positive performance was primarily driven by the full-quarter contribution from Arcoris Mont’ Kiara, following its acquisition on Dec 30, 2025, together with improved performance from existing properties within the portfolio.
Sentral-REIT said this reflected the continued resilience of its income-generating assets.
For the nine-month period ended Sept 30, 2026, Sentral-REIT’s net profit stood at RM59.72mil versus RM59.43mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue grew to RM145.68mil from RM143.42mil previously.
