Alpha IVF gets SC approval for transfer to Main Market

KUALA LUMPUR: Alpha IVF Group Bhd has received approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) to transfer its listing to Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market from the ACE Market.

The fertility care specialist said in a Bursa Malaysia filing today that the SC had approved its proposed transfer on Nov 5, 2026, under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and the listing requirements for public listed companies under the accelerated transfer process.

"The SC had also taken note that Alpha IVF had complied with the bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies pursuant to its ACE Market listing.

"The proposed transfer will take effect immediately two clear market days after the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK,” it said.

The company had earlier announced the proposals on Oct 5, 2026. - Bernama
