T7 Global bags offshore services deal

PETALING JAYA: T7 Global Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Tanjung Offshore Services Bhd, has received a letter of award from Searah Bhd for hook-up and commissioning in Peninsular Malaysia.

In an announcement, T7 Global said the award was dated Aug 25, 2026.

The contract runs from Aug 21, 2026 until Sept 26, 2029.

The contract value was not disclosed.

It is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026 and onwards until its expiry.

The group said execution risks include the availability of skilled workers, equipment and regulatory conditions.

However, Tanjung Offshore will undertake mitigation efforts, drawing on its established track record and expertise to execute the contract.

T7 Global said the contract will have no effect on the total issued share capital and shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the company.
