’s unbilled order book stood at approximately RM211mil as at July 31, supported by government and corporate scheduled-bus contracts across Malaysia and Singapore.
For the second quarter ended July 31, 2026, revenue rose 7% quarter-on-quarter to RM119.3mil, while profit after tax increased 4.9% to RM17.1mil.
For the first half, net profit grew 6.7% year-on-year to RM33.4mil on revenue of RM230.9mil.
Executive director and chief executive officer Lim Chern Chuen said: “Our first-half performance reflects the resilience of our core scheduled-bus operations, which continue to benefit from steady ridership and a growing number of stage bus service transformation contracts across our domestic and cross-border routes.”
He said the upcoming Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System Link presented opportunities to strengthen first- and last-mile connectivity.
HI Mobility declared a second interim dividend of one sen per share, taking total dividends for the financial year to two sen, or RM10.7mil.
