PETALING JAYA: ES Sunlogy Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of appointment from JY Consult PLT, acting on behalf of Parkland Southern Sdn Bhd, for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical services for apartment blocks at Pasir Gudang, Johor.
The project involves the development of a 36-storey serviced apartment block comprising two towers (Menara A and Menara B, each with 521 units), a seven-storey podium with residential, recreational, parking, and commercial facilities, and a guardhouse.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, ES Sunlogy noted the subcontract works are valued at RM15.63mil and will be executed under a nominated subcontract with TSB Builders Sdn Bhd, following Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) sub-contract 2006 conditions.
Savelite will handle electrical, telephone, and extra low voltage services, including obtaining operational approvals from relevant authorities, in line with the main contractor’s schedule.
