Exsim lands RM42.5mil building project


PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd (EHB) has secured a sub-contract from Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of building services and general building works worth RM42.48mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, EHB said the contract commenced on Sept 15, 2026, and is scheduled for completion on Sept 15, 2028, with a duration of 24 months.

The company said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing throughout the duration of the nominated sub-contract works.

“The company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the contract and/or the nominated sub-contract works,” it said.
