PETALING JAYA: Meta Bright Group Bhd
(MBGB), via its 70%-owned subsidiary TTOP Industrial & Engineering Sdn Bhd, has accepted a purchase order issued by Company A for Package 5: engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) works in Negri Sembilan worth RM18.2mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MBGB said the works comprises electrical and instrumentation, including design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning.
“Company A is a private company incorporated in Malaysia and forms part of a regional renewable energy group principally involved in the development, ownership, operation and maintenance of renewable energy and power transmission assets, including solar, hydropower, wind and battery energy storage systems, with operations across multiple markets in Asia.”
