Dagang Nexchange Bhd has proposed to dispose of its floating production storage and offloading vessel, Excalibur, to MISC Bhd for a cash consideration of USD35mn.

YTL Power International Bhd and JLand Group have announced a strategic partnership to undertake a joint development at Sedenak Tech Park West in Johor, including a new gigawatt-scale data centre campus.

Mah Sing Group Bhd is stepping up its push into AI and digital infrastructure after selling 31.9 hectares of commercial land at Mah Sing DC Hub @ Southville City for RM617.9mn, or RM180.0 per sq ft, to WG Malaysia X Sdn Bhd.

IJM Corporation Bhd has completed the resale of its entire 142.4mn treasury shares, raising approximately RM385.0mn in net proceeds.

Hua Yang Bhd has been reprimanded by Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for breach of paragraph 12.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements, which requires a listed corporation to ensure that any purchase of its own shares is effected only on the market of the exchange.

TXCD Bhd, formerly known as Ageson Bhd, has been granted another six-month extension until Feb 7, 2027 to submit its revised regularisation plan to Bursa Malaysia Securities.

Telekom Malaysia Bhd posted a net profit of RM365.5mn in 2QFY26, down from RM403.0mn in the corresponding quarter last year.

Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd net profit doubled in 2QFY26, rising to RM64.5mn from RM31.2mn in the year-ago quarter, as revenue jumped to RM568.9mn from RM382.2mn, driven by a 53.4% YoY surge in the gloves division on higher average selling prices and sales volumes.

Genting Bhd net profit fell to RM197.6mn in 2QFY26 from RM680.8mn a year earlier, while revenue rose 14.0% to RM7.8bn.

Malaysian Pacific Industries Bhd saw only a marginal rise of 1.6% YoY to RM44.2mn in its 4QFY26 net profit despite a 30.6% jump in revenue as higher costs and taxation ate into its bottomline.

Kelington Group Bhd reported a net profit of RM41.3mn in 2QFY26, up from RM32.9mn in 2QFY25, driven by stronger revenue contributions from key projects across the group.

Dialog Group Bhd reported a net profit of RM167.5mn in 4QFY26, up 13.6% YoY from RM147.4mn, as revenue increased 27.3% to RM774.5mn from RM608.3mn.

YTL Corp Bhd ended FY26 with revenue up 3.0% to RM31.6bn from RM30.8bn, while profit after tax slipped to RM2.8bn from RM3.6bn.

Sunway Healthcare Holdings Bhd posted a net profit of RM78.2mn in 2QFY26, up from RM41.4mn in the year-ago quarter, with broad-based growth across its hospital network, improved operating leverage and rising contributions from newer hospitals.

Solarvest Holdings Bhd posted a net profit of RM19.0mn in 1QFY27, up from RM15.9mn in the year-ago quarter, as revenue expanded to RM155.9mn from RM137.7mn.

Genting Plantations Bhd reported a net profit of RM140.9mn in 2QFY26, down 26.8% YoY from RM192.6mn.

Malayan Cement Bhd reported earnings of RM903.2mn for FY26, up 34.3% from RM672.4mn in FY25, as revenue grew 10.0% to RM5.0bn from RM4.5bn.

7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd net profit in 2QFY26 plunged 58.5% to RM8.3mn from RM20.0mn a year earlier, after rapid expansion of its store network pushed operating costs higher.

Magnum Bhd plans to progressively resume its operations in Kedah as net profit for 2QFY26 rose 8.4% to RM67.4mn from RM62.1mn in 2QFY25.

LBS Bina Group Bhd net profit for 2QFY26 fell 44.4% to RM15.1mn from RM27.1mn in 2QFY25, mainly because the previous year had benefitted from a reversal of contingency sum no longer required for completed projects.
