Gamuda has secured a RM1.71bil contract from a US multinational technology company to build a single-storey hyperscale data centre in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
The project is set to begin in the third quarter of 2026 and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2028.
Nestcon has secured a RM243mil contract to build a 57-storey serviced apartment project in George Town, Penang, with construction scheduled to begin in January 2027.
