PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has secured two interior fit-out contracts from Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd totalling RM12.69mil.
In a filing, Exsim said it had secured a contract for the supply, fabrication, delivery and installation of carpentry works, window treatment, interior fit-out works and electrical appliances for apartment units worth RM6.6mil.
Exsim said it had also secured a contract for the supply, fabrication, delivery and installation of interior fit-out works for apartment units worth RM6.09mil.
Exsim expects the sub-contract works to contribute positively to its net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing.
