PETALING JAYA: YTL Hospitality real estate investment trust (YTL-REIT) expects the hospitality sector to remain stable in the regions in which it operates, supported by sustained growth in domestic and international travel demands.
For its fourth quarter ended June 30, 2026, YTL-REIT’s net profit jumped to RM119.55mil from RM56.24mil in the previous corresponding period, driven by higher net property income.
Revenue dipped to RM126.33mil from RM127.05mil a year earlier.
For its financial year ended June 30, 2026 or FY26, YTL-REIT’s net profit rose to RM240.74mil from RM148.55mil in the previous corresponding period.
Revenue, meanwhile, grew to RM570.35mil from RM548.32mil previously.
