Kerjaya Prospek wins RM53mil Klang Valley job


PETALING JAYA: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has secured a contract from a customer in respect of the sub-contract for the execution and completion of civil, structural and basic low-voltage mechanical and electrical (M&E) works in the Klang Valley for RM52.5mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction firm said the contract covers the execution, completion, testing (where applicable), rectification of defects and all obligations incidental thereto in respect of the civil, structural and basic low-voltage M&E works for the proposed construction of a new 275-kilovolt consumer landing station for a data centre located in the Klang Valley.

“The contract shall commenced yesterday and shall be completed on Jan 9, 2027.

“The contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue for the group over the next one year.”

Kerjaya Prospek said the contract will further increase and strengthen the group’s existing order book.
