The group said its priorities are anchored on its strategic new vision of becoming the region’s Trusted Intelligence Behind Every Transaction.

PETALING JAYA: CTOS Digital Bhd remains cautiously optimistic on its growth prospects in 2026, underpinned by its active evaluation of synergistic partnerships and selective acquisition opportunities across Malaysia and Asean, and accelerating investments in digital products, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, alternative data and analytics intelligence.

For the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 (2Q26), the group’s net profit increased by 7% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM22.65mil or earnings per share of one sen. Revenue rose by 10% y-o-y to RM86.87mil.

For the six-month period ended June 30, 2026, the group’s net profit saw a 16% increase to RM41.16mil. This was primarily due to operational expenditures incurred for cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation.

Revenue, on the other hand, grew by 9% y-o-y, due to continuous growth in both Malaysia and international operations.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its priorities are anchored on its strategic new vision of becoming the region’s Trusted Intelligence Behind Every Transaction.

CTOS Digital noted that growth in its financial institution and corporate segment will continue to be driven by deepening the partnerships with digital products, AI solutions and alternative data solutions.
