Exsim secures RM64mil design contract


Exsim Hospitality said it was awarded the contract through its wholly-owned subsidiary, EXSIM Concepto Sdn Bhd.

PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has secured a RM63.5mil contract from Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn Bhd for the design and build of interior design works.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim Hospitality said it was awarded the contract through its wholly-owned subsidiary, EXSIM Concepto Sdn Bhd.

The contract has a duration of five months, beginning from July 9, 2026, and is scheduled to be completed on Dec 31, 2026.

“The company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the contract and/or the contract works.

“Nevertheless, the company will take the necessary steps to mitigate risks as and when they occur.”

Exsim Hospitality’s share price closed unchanged at 42 sen yesterday.
