KUALA LUMPUR: TFP Solutions Bhd
said its wholly-owned subsidiary Softfac Technology Sdn Bhd has been appointed the exclusive payment collection agent and commercial infrastructure provider for the "Beyond Greatness: From Inspiration to Impact" live talk featuring Malaysian badminton legend Datuk Seri Lee Chong Wei.
The appointment by Ploutos Entertainment Sdn Bhd also extends to future live concerts, festivals, shows and corporate events organised by the events agency during the term of the agreement.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TFP said the agreement comes following the parties' ticketing service and strategic collaboration agreement inked on July 2, 2026.
The latest agreement shall remain in force for oneyear, commencing from the effective date.
"By securing exclusive rights to provide payment collection and ticketing platform services for Ploutos's events, the group establishes a recurring revenue model driven by platform usage, transaction processing, and future event deployments," said the group.
