PETALING JAYA: Reservoir Link Energy Bhd has secured a five-year contract from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd to provide remedial sand control equipment and services, strengthening its oil and gas services order book.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary, Reservoir Link Sdn Bhd, received the letter of award on May 21. The contract will run from May 21, 2026, to May 20, 2031.

The scope of work includes the supply of sand screens, accessories and related services, as well as personnel and equipment for wire wrap and wire mesh screens on a call-out basis.

Reservoir Link will also provide sand consolidation and sand agglomeration chemicals, engineering planning, design, simulation, testing and analysis, in addition to screen assembly and installation support for completion systems.

The contract is awarded on a call-off basis, with its total value dependent on the actual works satisfactorily completed during the contract period.

Reservoir Link said the contract is not expected to have any material impact on its share capital, shareholding structure, net assets per share or gearing.

However, it is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings for the financial year ending June 30, 2027, and throughout the five-year contract period.
