TFP secures exclusive ticketing services agreement with Pluotos

KUALA LUMPUR: TFP Solutions Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Softfac Technology Sdn Bhd, has entered into an agreement with Pluotos Entertainment Sdn Bhd to become the exclusive ticketing management systems provider for the latter's future ticketed events.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TFP said the agreement covers Pluotos' future concerts, festivals and other ticketed commercial entertainment events.

The agreement has an initial term of one year and will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party gives at least 60 days' written notice of non-renewal.

Under the agreement, Softfac will provide the ticketing platform, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, seating configuration and on-site ticket scanning and technical support.

“The collaboration is in line with the group's strategy to expand its technology solutions business by strengthening its presence in the digital concert ticketing and event technology industry,” TFP said.

The company expects the agreement to contribute positively to future earnings and net assets.
