Mesiniaga secures RM40mil Pharmaniaga server infrastructure contract


KUALA LUMPUR: Mesiniaga Bhd has secured a RM39.99mil contract from Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd to provide a new centralised server infrastructure for the Pharmacy Information System (PhIS) Version 3.0.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the information technology solutions provider said the contract is scheduled for completion by June 30, 2030. There is no automatic renewal clause in the award.

Mesiniaga said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026 until its completion.
