KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch today include Binastra Corp Bhd, TXCD Bhd, N2N Connect Bhd, AGX Group Bhd, Berjaya Food Bhd (BFood), Sapura Industrial Bhd (SIB) and EC Excel Holdings Bhd.

Binastra secured a RM491.2mil contract to build a seven-storey data centre in Cheras, raising its cumulative data centre project value to about RM2.4bil.

TXCD’s subsidiary secured two contracts worth a combined RM57.09mil from Sg Besi Construction Sdn Bhd. Both contracts commence on July 1, 2026, and will be completed on Sept 1, 2028.

N2N Connect has redesignated chief operating officer Kok Wan Chun as its chief executive officer.

AGX Group has declared a 2.2-sen special dividend for FY2026, with the entitlement date set for July 16 and payment on July 27.

BFood has disposed of its entire 50% stake in loss-making Berjaya Paris Baguette to Paris Baguette Singapore for RM1 after settling RM3.91mil in liabilities, marking its exit from the bakery chain in Malaysia.

Sapura Industrial plans to sell two leasehold industrial land parcels in Bandar Baru Bangi for RM42.33mil to unlock asset value and fund its expansion plans.

EC Excel plans to acquire a RM10.17mil freehold industrial land in Seremban to build a warehouse and support its long-term expansion plans.

Overnight, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.03% to 52,305.24, the S&P 500 lost 0.22% to 7,483.23 and the Nasdaq Composite lost 0.66% to 26,040.03.
