KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd has secured a RM66.81mil contract from Dynamicz Sdn Bhd for demolition and architecture works in Damansara Perdana in Petaling, Selangor.
It said in a statement the commencement of the contract is on July 3, 2026, and is scheduled for completion on Feb 2, 2027.
The contract stipulates a defects liability period of 12 months commencing from the date of certificate of practical completion of the completed works.
It is deemed a related party transaction by virtue of the group's major shareholders Lim Aik Hoe, Lim Aik Kiat and Lim Aik Fu holding 100% indirect interest in Dynamicz via their direct shareholding in Exsim Development Sdn Bhd. Aik Hoe and Aik Kiat are also directors in Dynamicz.
