Vestland bags RM65mil contract for KL serviced apartment project


PETALING JAYA: Vestland Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Vestland Infra Sdn Bhd secured a contract from Scanwolf Trading and Construction Sdn Bhd to undertake a piling and substructure works worth RM65mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Vestland said the construction contract is for a 74-storey serviced apartment development in Kuala Lumpur.

Vestland stated the contract works are expected to commence on June 19, 2026 and to be completed within two years.

The group added that the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of Vestland and its subsidiaries.
