Taghill lands RM133mil contract


PETALING JAYA: Taghill Holdings Bhd has secured a RM133mil contract to undertake construction works for a serviced apartment development in Kwasa Damansara, Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd, accepted a letter of award from Exsim MX4 Sdn Bhd yesterday.

The contract involves the construction and completion of main building and infrastructure works for D’Evia @ Kwasa Damansara (Package 2), comprising a 32-storey serviced apartment block with a mezzanine floor and basement level.

The development will include 440 serviced apartment units and ancillary facilities.
