Taghill unit to undertake RM133mil construction job in Shah Alam


KUALA LUMPUR: Taghill Holdings Bhd via its wholly-owned subsidiary Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd has received a RM133mil contract from Exsim MX4 Sdn Bhd for the construction of main building and infrastructure works for D'Evia @ Kwasa Damansara (Package 2) in Shah Alam.

It said in a bourse filing the works include the construction of a 32-storey serviced apartment with 440 units of serviced apartments with ancillary facilities, as well as a mezzanine floor and a basement level.

The contract has a tentative start date of June 16, 2026, subject to confirmation from the architect, for a period of 28 months.

There will be a performance bond of RM6.65mil, representing 5% of the contract sum.
