KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd
said its wholly-owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) SDn Bhd has accepted a contract valued at RM529.32mil from BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd for the construction of a proposed villa residences project in Bukit Tunku, KL.
In a filing with the stock exchange, the group said the contrat includes the completion of eight blocks of villa residences totalling 146 units, two blocks of car parks, two basement car park levels with common facilities and a clubhouse.
The contract shall commence on June 15, 2026, and be completed within 33 months.
According to Kerjaya Prospek, the contract is expected to provide an additional revenue stream for the next three years.
