Securemetric in RM15mil contract win


PETALING JAYA: Securemetric Bhd’s 99.99%-owned subsidiary, Securemetric Technology Inc (Philippines) has secured a 230 million peso (RM15.07mil) notice of award (NoA) contract for a project application development platform.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Securemetric said the NoA covers the provision of hardware, subscriptions, support and maintenance services, as well as other services related to public key infrastructure.

The contract will commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with a performance evaluation to be conducted upon completion of the project.

The company will cover the provision, development, and implementation of an application development platform, including all necessary services, tools, and support to ensure successful delivery and acceptance.

The group added that the contract should contribute positively towards the earnings of the company for the financial year ending 2026 onwards.
